The world is changing

Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 are available for download on MSDN. MSDN is (obviously) overloaded thus you have to be persistent to start downloading. Good luck and have fun with .net 2.

Where are generics in WPF?

I have been playing with WPF (latest CTP) (Windows Presentation Foundation aka Avalon) for few days now and I have yet to see a generic parameter in there. Actually I didn't paying that much attention - but now, when I think about it, I can't remember

VS 2005 RTM goes live on 14th October

The wait is over. According to this post MS will make Visual Studio 2005 available to MSDN subscribers on 14th October. Less than 10 days from now.
